Maintenance Technician

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime)

The maintenance technician shalll implement and execute the maintenance service program as instituted by BRPM. The Maintenance Technician's primary duties fall into the following three categories: 1.) To meet the maintenance and customer service needs of the property, 2.) Support the property in meeting and exceeding its' financial goals, and 3.) Contribute to building a successful operating team.
